I gotta say the cops from the first movie made me very angry and I couldn't wait for Rambo to unleash the fury!
John wasn't looking for trouble, all the guy wanted was something to eat. But those pig cops who abused their power messed around with him, big mistake!

Can't speak about 4 yet, since 'RAMBO' is unreleased here (for now).
I think Teasle in FB and the Russian "chief" (General?) in R:FBP2 (what's his name, by the way? Help me).
They are the ones I hate the most.
I find the villains in RAMBO III as being quite sympathetic, or at least likeable.

My most hated bad guy is the guy from Part II that killed Co. That was probably Rambo's only chance to know the love of a woman. But at least he payed for it.

Galt from First Blood. Later villains did worse crap, but the way Galt was portrayed was very realistic feeling and it evoked a feeling of hate from me more so than any other villain in the series.

It's a cross between Teasle and that Nam general in First Blood part 2,
God I hated that guy, you have your imposing bad guys, and then there's those tiny
weakling wimp bad guys..LOVED seeing him get blown up when Rambo got through slicing
through his men, he didn't stand a chance.

4 hands down. That movie made me wish there was a disgruntled ex-special forces commando in every official third world hell hole.
Of the originals, the cops.
Probably my favorite moment in Rambo II was when the Russians showed up because I knew Rambo was going to kill all of them. ;D How could I be pissed off at that?
