comicbook.com/movies/2018/09/15/sylvester-stallone-intense-rambo-5-workout-video/"Sylvester Stallone isn't wasting any time getting prepared for Rambo 5: Last Blood and his latest video welcomes fans to the jungle. Stallone shared a new workout video of himself getting in Rambo shape for the role, and it was fitting that he was wearing a John Rambo mug shot shirt while he did so. Stallone is "totally immersed" in getting ready for Rambo, a role that truly cemented his action star status when it originally released."

Okay I gotta say this is not encouraging. Rambo has a certain look and way. Cowboy ain't it. I am not excited about the plot as it sounds like he is going into another camp to rescue someone. Like Rambo 2, 3, 4. Seriously there are other plots.
I really hope I am wrong and hate to be a Rambo downer.
Here is hoping it's awesome but big knife, long hair, a little emotion, and lots of killing. That's Rambo. But please no more going into camps to rescue people.

Just that. We don't know how and where; surely it's not a war camp. I'm glad that the character has further evolved from "Rambo". He's in America now. He gets a job; his father owned a farmhouse. I think it's a proper evolution to make him look like an aged cowboy. That's his origin culture. His mother was an Indian, his father was a farmer. Have faith, man

From your lips to God's ears. I have been hurt so many times Seriously though Rambo 5 Last Blood. Really? Sounds way to cheesy for Rambo. I like some good cheese but not like that. I thought First Blood part 2 was good for a title. It shows the consequences of First Blood and how he goes on from there. It's a true sequel. I was never nuts about Rambo 3 being called just 3, so I loved when Rambo was just Rambo. Even though I am sick of the "Rescue Camp" plot and would have gone a totally different direction with the 4th film I liked it and more important it did not ruin anything for me. I am concerned that this is just gonna look and feel like any other Stallone action going up against generic bad guys in a crappy location film. He needs to be in a war with a army to fight. A Drug cartel for this guy seems real easy. I though it would be fun if Rambo somehow was totally out of his element as well if you want to go in another direction. Well, we shall see. If there is no big knife I will never see it. It's like Creed 2. The final Rocky was perfect. Leave it alone after the crap 5, which is actually good until the final act. Anyway he does Creed. Okay, I would have left it at Rocky Balboa but, it was good, worth watching. I wish they would have just has Apollo's wife pregnant when he died. No reason to make Apollo a cheater but anyway,....Why Creed 2. There is no reason for this plot. Adrian was right. Even if he won what did it matter. Apollo was still dead, Rocky now has brain damage and so now over 30 years later we are gonna do it again I don't see a way for Creed 2 to end well in any way. I don't see a Rambo cowboy going up against a Drug Cartel at all interesting or timely. I hope I am wrong, I often am. Wow, I have not rambled like this in a long time. Don't do much Social Media.

A Drug cartel for this guy seems real easy. We just know that Sylvester is FAR more smarter than that and he will deliver a surprising movie, no matter what. Even if the plot for "Rambo" was basically reused from Part 2 and seemed simplicistic at the time, he created a brilliant beast with that regardless. So have faith. About Rocky, I never ever cared for the Creed movies. "Rocky Balboa" was a perfect ending to me.

Amen. I don't mind Creed but I felt Rocky Balboa was perfect and it should have ended there.
Rambo is like Pirates of the Caribbean for me. I love them even if some are not as good as others but you can put Johnny Depp in front of a camera and reading the phone book as Jack Sparrow and I will watch it. Same for Rambo so I am hoping,...but Cowboy Rambo. Still trying to wrap my brain around it.
Can't wait for the knife!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is no big knife however Rambo and Sly are dead to me.
Working on accurizing my new knife collection now. Should be even better than the ones I had before.
