Saynt,
That's a very good possibility, but fact is: (in the ending scene) EVEN in the closer shots of his face, John's hair looks grayer. However, you could be right --- after all, it's pretty unusual that his hair are so white in such an unusual point of his head. Ain't it?

More karma for you because of the awesome timeline. So according the Rambo timeline, Mujaheddins are kicking Al Qada's butt?

I really hope this is true, because it really pisses me off when some scumbag like Osama Bin Laden comes up on TV talks the crap he says and trying to use my religion to justify their means. Now, I don't support America's War On "Terror" but I wish someone teach these scumbags a lesson hopefully from the locals not an outside force.

i think mick is right about the grey hairs. I think they've always been there, just in EVERY SCENE except the ending his hair is wet. Maybe the darker wet hair covered up the grey? Also realize that in the ending scene his hair is nicely combed, thereby revealing grey hair.

During the movie, you can see SOME grey hair (a very low number) on the sides, but it's really a ridiculously-minimum amount. In the end, the hair look FAR MORE grey, maybe suggesting some time has passed by since the big battle in Burma.

Nice timeline, but why did you change September 11 events? American presidents are still the same? I mean... Reagan, Bush, Clinton, W. Bush, Obama...

I revised the timeline...

Slight revisions. I placed the LAST BLOOD events in 2019.
I'm still undecided about RAMBO III: 1987 or 1988? 1988 seems a bit too late for having Russians imposing themselves in Afghanistan. On the other hand, it's an alternate universe, as established before.

Interesting take on the timeline!
How did you come to the conclusion, that in Rambo's universe there was no 9/11?
And I always believed FIRST BLOOD happened in winter 1981. When Trautman talks about his "Five more years" to spend in prison, I assumed he rather meant "from your 8 year sentence" and not so much in the sense of "another five years, like those you have already been in here".

Hello Rico!
During the events of FIRST BLOOD, it's Christmas time. I cannot believe that John spent 10 years wandering as a vagabond across America. That goes way too far for me and doesn't sit very well. That's why I elaborated the 1974-1980 timespan concept.
Frankly, I wasn't thinking about Trautman's quote in such a literal way, but now that you're mentioning it, it makes sense. Maybe Rambo was sentenced to spend 9/10 years in prison. Technically speaking, he was arrested in December 1980, not 1981.

How did you come to the conclusion, that in Rambo's universe there was no 9/11? Well, it was an act of vanity. I wanted Rambo's effort in P3 be validated by a long-term result.
